After months of hard work, our hops were ready to be harvested. It was a bit touch and go to find an okay weather window. That resulted and a slight loss of crop, due to browning of some of the cones.
It took us two evenings to pick all of it. Part of it is going in our next brew, a hoppy pale ale for ‘de Middengaarde’. As a thank you for letting us use the patch of land.
